Welcome to Land Notification!

The Land Notification system assists property owners in monitoring real estate activity. Property owners can now be on alert for potential property or recording fraud. The Land Notification system will email you whenever a document is recorded against your property or under your name. You can create one or more alerts that are triggered when real estate records are recorded with the Commonwealth Recorder's Office for the name or property identified in the alert.

When an alert is triggered, an email will be sent to the email address provided in the alert. The email will contain more information about the activity and a link to the Commonwealth Recorder's Office E-Recording system.

When creating alerts, please keep in mind that using common names like "John Camacho" may produce many results. If you have a name that is shared by many other people, you may want to monitor a specific property instead of a specific name.

You will need an email account with Google or Yahoo to sign up for the Land Notification alerts.

Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the Land Notification system.
